Terms of Service
These terms govern use of WPAQ.com, including anonymous audits, registered accounts, and paid plans.
Last updated 10 September 2026
Agreement
By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at registration, upgrading to a paid plan, or otherwise using WPAQ, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Electronic acceptance
When you create an account, you affirmatively accept these terms by checking the acceptance box and submitting the registration form, or by completing sign-up with an approved identity provider after accepting the same terms. Your acceptance is recorded with the date and time (UTC), the version of these terms shown to you, and technical metadata such as IP address and browser user-agent string. That record may be used to demonstrate your agreement.
The service
WPAQ crawls publicly accessible pages on a URL you submit and produces a report of technical, SEO, performance, accessibility, and security findings. Reports may include screenshots, extracted URLs, optional AI explanations (when you have credits), PDF export, and shareable report links on eligible plans. Signed-in users can save websites, compare scan history, and schedule monitoring with email alerts when health changes.
Paid plans may include a REST API, outbound webhooks, Slack notifications, and team workspaces on Agency. Plan limits and features are described on the pricing page and in your account.
Your responsibilities
You can scan any public website, including ones you don't own — see the Acceptable Use Policy for how unverified and third-party sites are limited by page cap and AI credit cost instead. You are responsible for the URL you submit, your account credentials, and how you use report data. Do not use WPAQ to attack, overload, or find exploits in a system.
API, webhooks, and integrations
If your plan includes API access, you may create API keys and configure outbound webhooks or Slack notifications from your dashboard. You are responsible for securing keys and webhook secrets, for the URLs you configure, and for any systems that receive scan data from WPAQ. Do not point webhooks at endpoints you do not control.
Team workspaces
Agency plans may let an account owner invite team members to a shared workspace. The owner controls billing and entitlements. Invited members must accept with the email address that received the invite. The owner is responsible for how the workspace is used.
Accounts
A Starter (free) account can save reports and run future scans subject to plan limits. You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password confidential. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Unverified websites may still be scanned up to the page caps for your plan (or guest limits). Full plan crawl limits, monitoring, and page exclusions require DNS TXT verification of the saved website.
Paid plans and payment authorization
Paid features are billed according to the plan you choose on the pricing page. By starting checkout or confirming a paid plan, you authorize WPAQ.com and our payment processor (currently Dodo Payments) to charge the payment method you provide for the fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and for charges incurred before cancellation.
- Downgrades and cancellations take effect as described at checkout and in your account subscription settings.
- Fees, page limits, and credits for each plan are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Except where required by law, fees for digital services you have already used — including completed scans, monitoring periods, AI explanations, and subscription time already elapsed — are non-refundable.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact [email protected] from your account email so we can review billing errors and unauthorized charges in good faith.
Site Audit history retention
Signed-in users can reopen past scans from their dashboard. How long we keep completed scans depends on your plan and applies separately to each website you add:
- Starter — Site Audits from the last 3 months per site.
- Business — all Site Audits from the last 18 months per site.
- Agency — all Site Audits from the last 36 months per site.
When a scan falls outside your plan window, we delete the scan record and associated screenshots. Downgrading to Starter also trims each site to the Starter retention window. See the pricing page for current plan limits.
Content Quality and Conversion Audit reports are kept with your account. Once a report falls outside your plan window, we delete its screenshots and evidence images but keep the report text. Deleting your account removes these reports and their images.
Credits
Some plans include an allowance of credits for per-finding explanations. Starter and anonymous allowances reset on the first of each calendar month (UTC). Business credits renew on your billing cycle and do not roll over. See pricing for plan limits.
- One credit is used when you request an AI explanation for a finding for the first time for that unique request.
- The Site Audit summary at the top of a report does not use credits.
- If the AI cannot generate an explanation, the credit is not consumed.
- Repeated requests for the same explanation may be served from cache without an additional charge.
- Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
No warranty
Findings are automated and can be incomplete or incorrect. WPAQ is provided “as is.” WPAQ.com does not warrant that a site is secure, accessible, or ranking well because a scan passed or failed a check. Lab metrics are not field Core Web Vitals.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, WPAQ.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a report. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if you used only the free service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes to terms affecting paid use will be communicated by email or in-app notice when practicable. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.
