Refund Policy

Free scans

Basic scans do not require payment. There is nothing to refund for anonymous or free-plan use, including unused AI credits on the free tier.

Paid subscriptions

If a paid plan is enabled and you were charged in error, or you cancel unused paid access within 14 days of the first payment, email [email protected] from the account address. Include the invoice or payment date. We will refund eligible first-time charges to the original payment method.

What we generally do not refund

• Scans, AI explanations, or other usage you already consumed on a paid plan.
• Renewals after the 14-day window, unless required by law or caused by a billing error.
• Charges from a payment provider dispute that should have been raised with us first.

How to cancel

Manage billing from your account where available, or email us to cancel renewal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period. See pricing and Terms of Service.
