Free Site Audits

Basic scans do not require payment. There is nothing to refund for anonymous or Starter (free) use, including unused credits on the Starter tier.

Paid subscriptions

If a paid plan is enabled and you were charged in error, or you cancel unused paid access within 14 days of the first payment, email [email protected] from the account address. Include the invoice or payment date. We will refund eligible first-time charges to the original payment method.

What we generally do not refund

• Site Audits, AI explanations, monitoring periods, or other usage you already consumed on a paid plan.
• Renewals after the 14-day window, unless required by law or caused by a billing error.

How to cancel

Manage billing from your account where available, or email us to cancel renewal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period. See pricing and Terms of Service.
