Ownership transfer
Only the Admin can start a transfer. The target must be an Editor on this workspace who has accepted the invite, has a verified email, and does not already have a paid plan.
The Admin starts it from the Team page. WPAQ emails the Admin and that Editor each a single-use confirmation link. The links stay valid for 72 hours. The transfer completes when the second person confirms.
That Editor becomes the Admin. The plan and billing move with the workspace, including websites and the rest of the account. The previous Admin becomes an Editor.
Either person can cancel while it is still pending. It also stops if the links expire, the Editor is removed or demoted, or the Admin starts a newer transfer. If the move fails, it is rolled back and the workspace stays as it was.
