Can I share a report with someone else?
Yes, on Business and Agency. Open a completed audit and use Share to create a link that works without sign-in. You can revoke the link at any time from the same control.
What export formats are available?
Signed-in Starter accounts can download a PDF report. Business and Agency add Excel workbooks and Markdown briefs, useful for spreadsheets, tickets, or handing off to developers. Site Audit reports also export as CSV. Conversion and Content Quality Audits export as PDF on any signed-in plan, and add Excel and Markdown on Business and Agency.
What is white-label PDF?
Agency plans can remove WPAQ branding from exported PDF reports so deliverables look client-ready. Enable white-label options from Dashboard → Integrations when available on your plan.
Can guests download reports?
Anonymous audits from the homepage can view the report in the browser but cannot download PDF or other exports. Create a free Starter account to save history and unlock PDF download.
What are CrUX and PageSpeed Insights in a report?
On Business and Agency full-depth Site Audits, performance findings may include real-user CrUX histograms and PageSpeed Insights lab scores. PSI can take a minute or two to appear after the main audit completes; refresh the report if you see a pending state.
