What is included on the Starter plan?
Starter includes registered scan limits, one saved website, a monthly AI credit allowance, PDF export after sign-in, and basic site management. See Pricing for current numeric limits.
What does Business add?
Business raises scan and page limits, adds more AI credits, monitoring, shareable report links, Excel and Markdown exports, full scans with browser lab metrics, and REST API access for automating scans.
What does Agency add?
Agency includes everything in Business, plus higher limits, outbound webhooks, Slack alerts, and white-label PDF reports. Self-serve checkout for Agency is rolling out — see Pricing for current availability.
How do AI credits work?
Credits are used when you request an AI explanation for a finding for the first time on a scan. Re-opening the same explanation is free. Scan summaries do not use credits. Check Dashboard → Usage for remaining credits and recent activity.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Open Dashboard → Subscription to change plans or cancel. Downgrades stay active until the end of the current billing period unless noted otherwise at checkout.
Where can I see my usage?
Dashboard → Usage shows scans used this period, AI credits remaining, and recent AI activity. Scan counts include only completed runs — failed scans are not deducted.
