What is included on the Free plan?
Free includes registered scan limits, a monthly AI credit allowance, PDF export after sign-in, and basic site management. See Pricing for current numeric limits.
What does Pro add?
Pro raises scan and page limits, adds more AI credits, monitoring, Excel/Markdown exports, and REST API access for automating scans.
What does Agency add?
Agency includes everything in Pro plus higher limits, outbound webhooks, Slack alerts, and white-label branding options for client reports.
How do AI credits work?
Credits are used when you request an AI explanation for a finding for the first time on a scan. Re-opening the same explanation is free. Scan summaries do not use credits.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Open Dashboard → Subscription to change plans or cancel. Downgrades stay active until the end of the current billing period unless noted otherwise at checkout.
