Do I need an account to run a scan?
No. You can run a limited scan from the homepage without signing in. Create a free account to save scan history, add websites, and unlock higher limits.
How do I add a website to my dashboard?
Sign in, open Dashboard → Websites, and add the site URL. Once saved, you can re-scan from your site list and enable monitoring on eligible plans.
What is monitoring?
On plans that include it, monitoring runs scheduled scans and can email you when health scores change or new important issues appear.
How do I change my email or timezone?
Open Dashboard → Profile. You can update your display name and timezone there. Email changes may require verification before they take effect.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support with your account email and request deletion. Include your account ID from Profile if possible so we can locate your data quickly.
